By accessing and using Trip Keskus ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our travel agency management platform operated by Trip Keskus ("us", "we", or "our").

9. Limitation of Liability

• Security breaches beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trip Keskus from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements and our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
